Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring for a forklift/baling operator at our production facility. The role involves safely operating a Powered Industrial Vehicle, loading materials to the baling machine, and moving bales to storage while maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably some manufacturing experience. Overtime and potential shift variations apply; joining the team includes competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work independently.
• Fork Truck Operator’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Powered Industrial Vehicle (forklift).
• Load materials to baling machine and assist baling process.
• Move materials and guide bales to storage and weigh batches.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to PPE requirements.
