Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an Industrial Baler Operator for the second shift in Auburn, Indiana. The role involves operating a baler to process scrap materials in a manufacturing setting, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. This physically active position requires lifting, bending, and steady attendance, and previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable with repetitive movement and heavy lifting.
• Willingness to learn how to operate baling equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial baler to compress scrap materials safely and efficiently.
• Sort load and move scrap materials using a hand cart.
• Perform frequent bending, lifting, stretching and pulling throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
