Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or diploma in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering or related field.
• On-the-job training acceptable with HS diploma.
• Certifications in robotics, automation, PLC or electrical systems.
• Certifications in Python or C++ programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on automated machines and control equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and PLC issues on production equipment.
• Calibrate sensors, vision systems, actuators for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering on upgrades and commissioning.
• Read schematics, ladder logic and equipment manuals.
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve control system faults.
• Document actions in CMMS and support root cause analysis.
