Job summary

Paycor in Holland, MI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment with emphasis on robot controls, preventive maintenance, and smart camera systems.

You will perform PMs, support tool changes, and participate in lean activities while adhering to safety and operating TPM practices. Willingness to travel for training and to work overtime as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining industrial equipment and troubleshooting robot controls.
• Knowledge of TPM or lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for training and overtime as needed.
• Strong mechanical background with aptitude for learning new processes.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, with a strong focus on robot controls, preventative maintenance, and smart camera systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing-related equipment PM’s
• Support Tool changes
• Adhere to safety requirements
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Participate in problem-solving groups, Kaizens, and lean manufacturing activities
• Participate in the maintenance department efforts towards achieving key measures
• Ability to continuously learn to support various processes, such as: thermal forming, adhesive, molding, Isocyanate foam, high-pressure water, and assembly processes
• Operation of Powered Industrial Trucks, aerial lifts, and cranes
• Must be able to travel to attend training classes up to 5x annually

Requirements

• Prefer previous maintenance experience but we will train!
• Strong mechanical background
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and work any production shift. Willingness to travel for short term periods (
• Ability to use basic machining tools, powered hand tools, and other maintenance-related equipment

Desired Skills

• Fabrication/tooling experience is a plus
• Familiarity with robots and robot controllers is a plus
• Experience working with a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system is a plus
• Experience working with smart cameras (i.e. Keyence, Cognex, Banner) is a plus
