Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining industrial equipment and troubleshooting robot controls.
• Knowledge of TPM or lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for training and overtime as needed.
• Strong mechanical background with aptitude for learning new processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing-related equipment PMs.
• Support tool changes.
• Adhere to safety requirements.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Participate in problem-solving groups, Kaizens, and lean manufacturing activities.
• Support maintenance department efforts toward key measures.
• Learn to support processes such as thermal forming, adhesive, molding, Isocyanate foam, high-pressure water, and assembly.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks, aerial lifts, and cranes.
• Travel to training classes up to 5x annually.
