Job summary

Wastequip is seeking an Assembly Operator for the TOTER location in Statesville, NC. The role performs secondary operations such as trimming, labeling, flame treating, assembly, and quality checks to ensure orders meet specifications.

The 3rd shift runs 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM with a $17.00 per hour rate plus shift differential. Applicants should be able to lift 25–50 lbs and pass EHS training. Benefits include extensive medical, dental, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• EHS training in required.

Responsibilities

• Perform secondary operations: trimming, labeling, flame treating, assembly, quality checks.
• Stack cans up to 29 lbs and ensure order completion.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate issues with operators and teammates about quality and mold matters.
• Push carts, lift items, and keep the work area clean and organized.
