Job summary

Wastequip's Toter Brand is hiring for an Extrusion/Compounding Operator at our Statesville, NC location. This full-time role on 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) offers health insurance, 401K, and paid vacation/sick time.

You will set up and run extrusion lines, monitor equipment, and ensure resin quality and output rates. Responsibilities include producing per schedule, maintaining accurate production reports, and adhering to safety and 5S standards while operating forklifts and related controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and basic reading/writing in English.
• Able to climb ladders and perform shift work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license and operate forklift as needed.
• Color vision and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up and shut down extrusion lines for resin production.
• Monitor equipment for maintenance needs and safety issues during shifts.
• Write and maintain accurate production reports and logs.
• Perform quality checks and maintain 5S standards in work area.
• Clean hoppers, pelletizer, gather materials and change screens as required.
