Eaton is seeking an Assembler for the 3rd shift in Wisconsin. The role involves diverse assembly work on switchgear products, including sub-assembly and final assembly using BOMs and prints.

Set up workstations, document production, and collaborate with QA/Engineering as needed. The position offers a base hourly rate plus a $2.50 shift premium for off-shift work, with additional overtime opportunities and strong benefit programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing/military or related experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this role.
• Residents within 50 miles of the work location only.

Responsibilities

• Follow established working procedures and set up workstation for assembly.
• Perform sub-assembly to final assembly on switchgear products.
• Document labor, production, and move products to outgoing materials zone.
• Screen defective parts and report concerns to supervisor.
• Collaborate with QA/Engineering on new product development as needed.
