Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembler in Horicon, WI. You will prepare by studying instructions and blueprints, gather parts, and assemble components for production. The role runs 10pm–6am (Sun–Thu) and is a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities include examining connections, verifying specifications, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. On-the-job training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read assembly instructions and blueprint specifications.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Experience with light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred.
• Exposure to a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must work well in a team and coordinate with other departments.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated detail orientation and ability to multi-task.
• Good finger and hand dexterity.
