Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking 3rd Shift Assemblers to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies under supervision. You will read instructions, gather parts, and verify measurements in a Safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and reading comprehension.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with other departments.
• Good manual dexterity and steady hands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify connections for correct fit and fastening.
• Measure completed components to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment following procedures and regulations.
• Keep track of supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
