Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is hiring Assemblers to join our team in Wisconsin. This hands-on manufacturing role focuses on assembling parts and subassemblies to meet blueprints and quality specs.

You will work with hand and power tools, read basic instructions, and collaborate with a team to keep production goals on track. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, paid holidays and vacation, affordable benefits, and on-the-job training in a clean, air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read or learn to read basic blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and measurements.
• Gather the necessary parts, tools, and materials to complete assigned work.
• Position and fasten components using hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit and quality.
• Measure completed components to verify they meet specifications.
• Identify assembly issues and work with supervision to resolve problems.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
