Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Industrial Melt & Furnace Operator for Aluminum Die Casting (3rd Shift) in Cedarburg, WI. You will operate and maintain melting furnaces, charge ingot and scrap, skim impurities, and pull lab samples to verify alloy quality while following safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Employer requires at least 2+ years of tenure with previous employers.
• Experience operating industrial furnaces and melting aluminum alloys.
• Basic math and measurement skills needed.
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and charge furnaces with ingot, sows, and scrap according to melt specifications.
• Tap furnaces and skim impurities while maintaining temperature and cleanliness.
• Pull samples for lab analysis and alloy verification.
• Perform basic furnace maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate material handling equipment like forklifts and hoists.
• Track production and document material quantities and attendance.
• Enforce safety rules and 5S standards in the shop floor.
