SNIPES is a leading sneaker and streetwear retailer seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to support store operations and sales goals. You will help execute floor sets, promotions, and merchandising while providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to policies within a dynamic retail setting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead store team to drive sales and profitability, meeting goals.
• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize team contributions.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signage promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions accurately and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them correctly.
