Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Driven to achieve store goals and results.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding store goals.
• Convey store goals to staff to maximize contributions toward the sales plan.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing promptly.
• Direct merchandising presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• train and enforce store security policies and procedures.
• Ensure associate safety and report hazards to management.
• Process register functions as directed and ensure compliance.
• Support cleanliness and organization in sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and implement them correctly.
