Goodwill WNY in Buffalo, NY is seeking a 3rd Key Holder to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. This full-time role covers opening/closing, training staff, and acting as Manager on Duty to support a positive store environment.

You’ll help with merchandising, cash handling, and donations processing, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; orientation in Buffalo. Compensation $16.00-$18.00 per hour, with pay reviews.

Competenze

• 1+ year of retail keyholder experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Orientation in Buffalo (full time only).

Mansioni

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including securing the building.
• Train Store Associates and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Help maintain a positive, productive store environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at the register, on the sales floor, or at the donation door.
• Support store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
• Sort donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Price items using our guide and identify high-value goods.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
