Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum plans and show evidence of preparation.
• Present subject matter as per TEA guidelines and policies.
• Use data to plan instructional strategies for diverse learners (gifted, bilingual/ESL, 504, etc.).
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Coordinate with staff to plan and implement goals and methods according to district requirements.
• Supervise classroom activities and mentor aides/volunteers.
• Incorporate technology to enhance teaching and learning.
