Requirements for Evening Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Registered Nurse/RN licensure preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or other related healthcare setting preferred
• Must have a minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Evening Nursing Supervisor:

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
