Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversight of daily nursing activities and accountability of all unit staff on a 24-hour basis.
  2. Assessing residents and ensuring nursing care aligns with physicians' orders and policies.
  3. Making rounds on residents during shifts.
  4. Ensuring care delivery complies with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN License in MA
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a long-term care unit manager (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
