Job summary

ASML is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to govern outsourced 3PL warehouse providers, ensuring inventory accuracy, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing established contract-logistics or 3PL warehouse providers in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Experience managing warehouse operations through outsourced providers rather than directly employed staff.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in 3PL warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years of direct experience governing or overseeing third-party logistics providers.
• Experience holding external warehouse providers accountable to SLAs, KPIs, inventory accuracy, quality, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational governance and performance of outsourced warehouse operations with 3PL leadership and internal teams.
• Establish and continuously improve SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards; conduct regular business reviews with 3PL leadership.
• Monitor inbound/outbound material flow and ensure safe, compliant, accurate warehouse processes.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action plans for missed targets in inventory, quality, safety, delivery, or cost.
• Oversee budget planning, cost tracking, and resource planning with 3PL; review cost drivers for efficiency.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance.
