Job summary

ASML is seeking an Operational Planner within the Sales Order Management team to ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials to warehouses, customer and vendor sites worldwide. You translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and coordinate material availability.

The role involves monitoring order progress, escalating issues, and driving end-to-end logistics improvements, with heavy collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Supply chain).
• SAP experience is preferred, data analysis skill is must (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Respond to and oversee incoming orders from various customer locations; communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Collect and predict demand to plan delivery of material to support services.
• Develop an operational plan to ensure material availability and progress.
• Execute the plan and drive delivery to warehouses and customer sites.
• Meet stakeholders to interpret requirements into actionable items with end-to-end follow up.
• Planner working independently with limited supervision on end deliverables.
• Ensure on-time, on-spec delivery and optimize logistical costs.
• Mentor junior colleagues and drive process improvements.
• Other business as required.
