Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM Operations Lead to oversee enterprise PLM platform operations in a hybrid role based in Mason, Ohio. You will manage incidents, service requests, and ongoing improvements to ensure platform stability and SLA compliance.

You will coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions and clear status updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise PLM applications, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.
• Strong incident and service request management with SLA focus.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications, ensuring stability and SLA compliance.
• Manage lifecycle of PLM incidents and service requests from intake through resolution.
• Troubleshoot application, platform, integration, and performance issues with cross-functional teams.
