Job description

Akkodis is seeking a 3D Scan Technician for a 12 Months contract job with a client in Louisville, KY.

Rate Range: $25/hr.-$26/hr.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Skills / Qualities:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with computers and various software applications.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new software and technology.
• Ability to visualize 3D spaces and understand how different components/parts fit and assemble together.
• Experience or interest in video design, graphic design, photography, or other visually oriented work is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow user manuals, technical instructions, and equipment documentation.
• Any experience with inspection, quality, assembly, or laboratory environments is relevant.
• Experience collecting and working with 3D scan data and CMM measurements is preferred.
• Ability to download CAD files and import them into measurement/scanning software.
• The team is primarily focused on data collection and measurement, rather than traditional engineering design.
