ServiceUp is looking for a Mechanical Service Advisor to act as the bridge between fleets and repair shops, ensuring repairs are accurate, timely, and priced fairly. You will advocate for customers, guide shops through the repair process, and document all communications.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of SA experience, comfort with multiple estimating software and communication platforms, and a willingness to learn. We offer competitive pay and a remote-friendly setup with home office support.

ServiceUp Mechanical Service Advisors are the bridge between fleets and repair shops. From diagnosing needs to final documentation, we oversee the entire repair process with precision and transparency, ensuring every job is done right, on time, and at the right price. Our mechanical know-how builds trust, service keeps fleets loyal, and together we fuel customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth.
