Job summary

ServiceUp is hiring Mechanical Service Advisors to bridge fleets and repair shops. You’ll oversee the repair lifecycle, verify repairs, document details, and ensure transparency, accuracy, and fair pricing.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of service-advising experience, familiarity with multiple estimating softwares and communication platforms, and FMC experience is a plus. We offer remote-friendly work, competitive pay with equity, and strong learning opportunities.

About the Role:

ServiceUp Mechanical Service Advisors are the bridge between fleets and repair shops. From diagnosing needs to final documentation, we oversee the entire repair process with precision and transparency, ensuring every job is done right, on time, and at the right price. Our mechanical know-how builds trust, service keeps fleets loyal, and together we fuel customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth.
