Job summary

ServiceUp in Campbell, California is seeking a 360 Mechanical Service Advisor to bridge fleets and repair shops, ensuring repairs are accurate, timely, and priced correctly. You’ll document and communicate all information, acting as the customer advocate throughout the repair lifecycle.

You’ll guide shops through the repair process, maintain clear records, and collaborate with teams to drive customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth in a remote-friendly, flexible environment

Qualifications

• Passion for learning.
• 2-5 years of SA experience.
• Experience in multiple estimating softwares and communication platforms.
• FMC experience (preferred but not required).

About the Role:

ServiceUp Mechanical Service Advisors are the bridge between fleets and repair shops. From diagnosing needs to final documentation, we oversee the entire repair process with precision and transparency, ensuring every job is done right, on time, and at the right price. Our mechanical know-how builds trust, service keeps fleets loyal, and together we fuel customer satisfaction, repeat business, and company growth.
