About the Role: The Sr. Global Account Manager will work with the Go-to-Market team, Product, Customer Success, Service Advisors, and Operations to manage existing strategic customers and drive new growth for ServiceUp’s managed services and SaaS offerings worldwide.

The primary objective is to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, generate new revenue streams by identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market share with existing clients, and fostering strong customer relationships across global markets. This includes developing and executing a global account strategy to meet revenue targets, qualifying customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The individual will also work with the Customer Success team to conduct regular business reviews and identify revenue‑maximizing opportunities.

As a senior team member, they will mentor junior professionals and collaborate with management to drive strategic growth initiatives, establish scalable processes, and enhance ServiceUp’s presence in global B2B and fleet verticals. This role requires international travel to visit clients, company headquarters, and industry events.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive global expansion efforts by growing existing business and acting as the primary contact for key global accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, fleet managers, and key stakeholders worldwide.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinate with, Product, Operations & Customer Success teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services that align with customer objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of new initiatives to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to grow existing accounts and identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans tailored to each client’s needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain account updates and opportunities within company CRM (HubSpot) and ensure regular activity updates.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver customer performance reports and consultation insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams in Fleet and Operations to expand opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Address complex client needs, resolve escalations, and support long‑term business partnerships.
  • Travel globally to client sites to foster and strengthen relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience in B2B global markets.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-tech, automotive, or SaaS-driven environment.
  • Strong consultative sales experience and/or training.
  • Highly preferred: Experience in global fleet maintenance, repair, and procedural requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Track record of successfully managing global accounts and driving customer retention.
  • Understanding of global fleet customer needs, including uptime, TCO, and business objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conventions, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in G‑Suite, HubSpot, or Salesforce preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
