Responsibilities

• Assist consumers in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
• Ensure assigned clients' nutritional needs; assist with feeding as necessary
• Assist consumers in nutritional planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation
• Collaborate on the development/implementation of individuals' ISP
• Train and support consumers in all ISP areas
• Assist with medication administration
• Train and support consumers in community activities including social, recreational, cultural, religious and education networks

Pay:$18.91/hr

Job Description:

• Assist consumers, as needed, in skill development, activities of daily living, personal care, domestic living, recreation and socialization
