Job summary

Tufts Medicine seeks a Pharmacy Leader focused on 340B program compliance across acute and ambulatory settings. You will serve as the subject matter expert on 340B issues, liaising with the Oversite Committee and Contract Pharmacy teams to implement policy and education across the organization.

You will lead 340B governance, coordinate audits, and ensure HRSA requirements are accurately reflected in contracting and procurement. This role requires strong leadership and regulatory acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacist license required.
• Five years hospital pharmacy experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• PharmD preferred.
• General and specialty pharmacy residencies preferred.
• Experience with drug utilization review and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 340B Oversite Committee and ensure compliance with HRSA policies.
• Coordinate audits and ensure accurate HRSA and contract pharmacy data.
• Update policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
• Monitor 340B crosswalk and accumulations with procurement.
• Report monthly contract pharmacy financial performance to Pharmacy leadership.
• Precepting PGY1 residents and pharmacy students.
