Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a detail‑oriented 340B Program Manager to oversee all aspects of 340B program administration for assigned CE clients. You will ensure compliance with HRSA guidance, monitor audits, and maintain documentation while liaising with pharmacy, finance, manufacturers, and TPAs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple accounts, and a proactive approach to risk and process improvement in a remote, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, HRSA guidance, and program operations.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with high accuracy and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and surface insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with frontline staff and executives.
• Highly organized, audit-ready documentation practices.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs ensuring compliance with HRSA guidance and regulations.
• Serve as primary compliance resource for covered entities regarding 340B operations, audits, and requirements.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews, internal audits, and reconciliations to identify risks.
• Monitor program activity, data integrity, accumulations, replenishment, and workflows for compliant operations.
• Support ESP submissions and manufacturer inquiry resolution as needed.
• Develop and update SOPs to support compliant 340B operations.
