Community Medical Centers is seeking a 340B Program Analyst to provide business and billing analysis, documenting processes and technical requirements across pharmacy systems. The role emphasizes analytical aptitude, reporting experience, and the ability to learn complex systems.

The on-site position in Fresno/Clovis supports multiple sites with Epic, McKesson, and 340B ESP systems, offering training and room to grow within a healthcare environment that values accuracy and data-driven decision

Qualifikationen

3 years of experience with 340B or hospital pharmacy operations and/or analytical/technical experience with business systems required.
Experience participating on a project team and setting up project plans required.
Epic experience and strong Excel/ reporting skills are essential.

Aufgaben

Run and analyze reports for the 340B program across multiple sites.
Monitor 340B program activity and review drug purchases vs. utilization.
Assist with manufacturer reporting requirements and compliance monitoring.
