Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or pharmacy.
• 3 years of relevant 340B or pharmacy experience.
• Strong understanding of 340B program rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs real time audits of 340B claims in split-billing software and monitors prescriptions for eligibility and accuracy.
• Coordinates workflows with other departments to ensure smooth 340B operations.
• Develops processes to streamline documentation for 340B compliance per system policies.
• Identifies cost savings, optimization opportunities, and compliance risks.
• Reviews third party split billing software for data accuracy and integrity.
• Produces, analyzes and summarizes reports to improve 340B efficiency.
• Interprets data to improve operations and optimize program savings.
• Reviews pricing trends and updates purchasing strategy accordingly.
• Improves quality, efficiency, and compliance at system and entity levels.
• Prepares program content and presents information as needed.
• Communicates with wholesalers, pharmacists, and leaders.
• Attends trainings and conferences as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
