Job summary

Geisinger seeks a dedicated 340B Compliance Analyst to support and optimize the 340B program across sites. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and Pharmacy Procurement to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness, while driving opportunities for cost savings and system improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, program integrity, and ongoing engagement with senior leadership to implement new 340B processes in a non-clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides proactive support of the 340B program and ensures compliance with regulatory and auditing requirements.
• Develops new site assessments in conjunction with finance and IT.
• Optimizes purchasing opportunities with the Pharmacy Procurement team.
• Acts as subject matter expert on audits and supports remediation of findings and provides feedback to auditors as needed.
• Assesses opportunities for cost savings and system improvements to yield higher compliance.
• Works with Channel Consultants to develop 340B strategies for external partners.
• Develops and maintains internal relationships with accounting, legal, national and external relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, split-billing software vendors, PBMs, and TPA vendors as needed.
• Engages with senior leadership and participates in decision-making processes related to the implementation of new 340B processes.
• Ensures split-billing software integrity and reviews applicable reports for areas of improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of all pharmacy systems to understand the interface between the 340B split billing and accumulation software and those pharmacy systems.
• Work is typically performed in a non-clinical environment and you are accountable for satisfying job-specific obligations and complying with org policies; additional competencies may be required by department orientation.
