Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals seeks a Senior Director, Pharmacy 340B Program to lead enterprise-wide operations across all entities, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial optimization, and strategic governance of the 340B program.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, Legal, IT, and executive leadership to drive performance, implement standard processes, dashboards, and analytics, and expand program scope in support of vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field with 7+ years of health system leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience leading 340B programs, audits, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for the 340B Program across all entities.
• Oversee compliance with HRSA, OPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Finance, Legal, IT and executive leadership.
