Victors Home Solutions is seeking a highly energetic Installation Manager to join our Operations team in Detroit. This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days, with annual compensation of $70,000–$80,000 and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout multiple projects.

You will supervise multiple projects daily, work with sales and production teams, identify risks, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience in residential roofing (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Coordinate with sales managers and production admins to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects and manage crews to ensure timeliness.
• Oversee crew leaders and repair technicians to maintain quality and schedule.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company standards.
• Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent customer service and approve payroll for hourly staff.

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish


• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs

• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely


• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards


• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service


• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
