Job summary

Victors Home Solutions is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a series of roofing projects from initiation to completion in Detroit. This full-time position resides in the Operations department, offering a fast-paced environment focused on service quality and timely delivery.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with sales and production, review payroll for hourly staff, and uphold high standards of safety and customer satisfaction for each project.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, required.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escape as required.
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
