Victors Home Solutions in Joliet is seeking an Installation Manager to lead roofing projects from start to finish. You will supervise multiple jobs daily, coordinate with sales and production teams, and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.

The role requires a valid driver's license, experience in residential roofing or home improvement, and the ability to manage priorities and crews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Residential roofing or home improvement experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Coordinate with sales managers and production staff to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects and escalate as needed.
• Oversee crew leaders and technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold standards.
• Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent service and support.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and elevate as required
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required because this position requires regular driving to job sites to meet with homeowners and supervise projects
• Experience in a customer service role
• Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
