Terex invites graduates to join the Genie Leadership Development Program (GLDP), a three-year rotation across Manufacturing Operations, Sales, and Product Management. Rotations occur in Bothell, Moses Lake, and Redmond with relocation required for each assignment. Open to 2027 graduates or recent grads.

You will receive coaching, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to drive leadership readiness and cross-functional insights within a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or soon-to-graduate.
• Graduation by June 2027 or within the last two years.
• Demonstrated accomplishments in academics, work, or leadership.
• Commitment to three 12‑month assignments and full-time placement after the program.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12‑month rotations through Production Supervisor, Associate Sales Manager, and Associate Product Manager.
• Develop understanding of Genie business, products, customers, and operating system.
• Receive coaching and mentoring to develop strategic decision-making for future leadership.
