Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience; 3 of the 7 years must be as a direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety Regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Provide leadership for plant ABS and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and train for the growth of team leaders and supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reductions to improve profitability.
• Communicate information to staff, customers, and management.
