Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Assessment Consultant for a 3-month, full-time engagement to perform a comprehensive health check of our Oracle Cloud HCM environment, with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits. This role will report to the VP of HR and deliver actionable recommendations to improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Experience conducting system assessments, audits, or health checks
• Experience with full HCM lifecycle implementations and/or post-go-live optimization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support HCM cloud activities across the project lifecycle
• Perform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system including Core HR, Payroll and Benefits
• Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and benchmarks
• Assess payroll and benefits workflows within the HCM system
• Assist in stakeholder alignment for HCM initiatives
• Identify pain points and implement process improvements within HCM
• Review payroll reconciliation processes and payroll controls
• Assess data integrity, reporting capabilities and data governance practices
