Job summary

Ground Effects LLC is seeking a Yard Lead to ensure vehicles are received, staged in the yard, labeled, and tracked to fulfill customer and internal requirements. You will monitor inventory, report damage or mis-shipped units, and coordinate vehicle delivery while following OHSA and health & safety rules.

This 2nd shift role runs Mon-Fri, 2:45pm–10:45pm with overtime as needed. Requires a High School Diploma, ability to work fast-paced, and basic MS Office skills; valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious; follow Health & Safety policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label and stage all vehicles in the yard per requirements.
• Maintain and report vehicle inventory; update list during shift.
• Record and report damage or mis-shipped vehicles; coordinate with supervisor.
• Communicate with logistics for vehicle delivery and ship offsite for repairs as needed.
