Qualifications

• HS Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yard Team Members to meet goals and maintain vehicle flow.
• Ensure Yard team members follow safety policy and procedures.
• Report to Supervisor any issues and assist with Yard processes (tagging, scanning, shuttling vehicles).
