Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to learn assembly drawings, measuring tools, and winding processes.
• Strong safety, quality, detail, and teamwork mindset.
• Interest in developing skills toward a future Winder role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials, tools, and equipment to support winding.
• Learn condenser bushing winding through apprentice-style training.
• Assist with winding machines, cranes, lifting devices, and measuring templates.
• Read and follow drawings and customer specifications with guidance.
• Report concerns to operators and supervisors as needed.
• Engage in continuous training to progress to a Winder role.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during production.
• Operate computer and learn specialized programs as needed.
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
