Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Interest in learning winding processes through structured training.
• Strong safety, quality focus and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Winder Operators by preparing materials, tools, and workspace.
• Learn condenser bushing winding through apprentice-style training with Winders.
• Support winding activities using equipment and measuring devices, and read drawings per instructions.
• Communicate concerns to team members and participate in ongoing training.
• Work safely and follow all production requirements.
