Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Experience with MQ1 and QAD databases.
• Demonstrates cooperation and commitment; learns quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support welding technologies for new products.
• Guide welding methods, materials, and processes; test results.
• Assist QA to maintain weld integrity; interface with manufacturing.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive problem solving (8-D, team meetings).
