Job summary

Venteon is seeking a TIG Welder for the 2nd or 3rd shift in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and solid benefits including paid holidays and vacation.

Responsibilities include welding and repairing die steels, TIG welding various metals, and supporting maintenance and plant repairs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of TIG experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience.
• Machine trades certificate or journeyman certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Weld and Repair Die Steels
• Perform TIG Welding on Aluminum, Copper, Stainless Steel, and other Materials
• Support Plant Maintenance and Repair Activities
• Ability to Work on Hot Items up to 900 F for Extended Periods
