Responsibilities

• Perform correct production methods with correct machinery to properly complete assigned operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and to ensure all questions are answered.
• Ensure correct material is staged by checking material part numbers against first-piece sheet.
• Inspect work of the last operator and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable.
• Communicate with the next operation on the line to ensure they are receiving quality assemblies, using positive feedback and constructive criticism to increase quality and efficiency.
• Timely completion of 6S/TPM's.
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
