Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a General Assembly team member for our Frankfort, IN location. This 2nd shift, on-site role runs from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and involves assembling air filtration products in a collaborative, team-based environment.

You will work on multiple production lines, follow established instructions, and ensure safety and quality through precise tasks and proper documentation. Competitive hourly pay starts at $21.05/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency and quality
• Inspect work of previous operators and communicate whether quality is acceptable
• Complete and record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
• Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
