Job summary

Donaldson Company in Frankfort, IN is seeking a General Assembly team member to assemble filtration products on a 3rd shift, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., on-site. The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety procedures, and precise execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hourly rate is $21.05, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits including paid time away, paternal leave, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products.
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment.
• Follow theoretical and practical instructions.
• Communicate with team members and Team Leaders to achieve high efficiency and quality.
• Inspect work of previous operators and communicate on quality.
• Complete and record applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.).
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
