JCB Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to perform advanced welding and fabrication for skid steers, backhoe loaders, and other heavy equipment at the Pooler, GA facility. The second shift runs from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, offering exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include welding with MIG, SMAW, and TIG processes, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality, safety-compliant welds while adhering to 5S practices.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass welding test(s) and pre-employment requirements (drug screen, background, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Perform high-quality MIG, SMAW, and TIG welding as required.
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and fabrication machinery.
• Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance.
• Load/unload parts and operate fabrication tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and participate in CI.
• Maintain clean, organized 5S work area.
