Job summary

You will follow the Quality Policy, work instructions, and safety procedures while contributing to a clean, efficient production line. Responsibilities include machine setup, inspection for conformance to specs, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
• English read/write/speak proficiency for safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate resistance spot welders and/or power press.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Follow quality policy and work instructions.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and document processes.
• Assist with tagging and packaging of finished parts.
• Report non-conformances and support continuous improvement.
